While trying to create a decent Assassin with the now familiar design I stumbled upon this one. If you add the diagonals constrain to the left Killer you actually have a Killer-X with a unique solution. But SSolver(3.2.1) rating is 4.13, with extended T&E (several Bowman's Bingo). So I wouldn't advice you to try it, unless you are a complete masochist.

Status of v2 and v3 (2010-09-12) Here @ SudoCue Para writes "There is a third and fourth version available as well which. One is harder than the original, but for anyone who feels he or she hasn't had enough you can get it as well. It might need some hypotheticals. The other one is designed as a no PM killer. Andrew once asked about my other puzzles, and that is about the general level of Killers i create for more recreational purposes."
I have asked Para if he still has Transformer X v2 and v3. 2010-09-12 Para replied: "No sorry, don't have those anymore. I've gotten a new computer since making those puzzles and only backed up everything I really needed."
Looking through Para's public images on ImageShack, I discovered that a picture of v2 had been uploaded on 2007-09-11, but is not loadable or viewable anymore http://img402.imageshack.us/i/transformerr2rj5.png/ 2010-09-06 I sent ImageShack an email asking if they were able to get the picture back again, and exchanged a couple of emails with them. 2010-09-08 ImageShack wrote: "I just checked again and it looks like the files were permanently lost due to a hard drive crash. Please reupload the images."

EDIT 2010-08-20 + 2010-08-24: This post was originally the first post in this thread. Based on Andrew's suggestion for a separate thread with coloured diagrams for older puzzles I originally posted a post further down this thread with coloured diagrams for some Assassins and suggesting a possible format applied to the Assassin images to keep the post as short as possible. With excellent help from Richard this post has now been relocated to the top of this thread followed by new post for the various types of Killer Sudokus END OF EDIT
Since I now have made my program for making "udosuk Style Killer Cages" public available, I will ONLY post images with "udosuk Style Killer Cages" for a puzzle if someone (not necessarily the puzzle maker) explicitly asks for it in a post.
Alternatively you can send me an email to and I will NOT post the images, but email you a link to them.
Puzzle makers who want images with "udosuk Style Killer Cages", but for whatever reason cannot make them themselves, should ask for images with "udosuk Style Killer Cages" when posting the puzzle, or preferably send me a PM in advance, and I will reply with a PM containing the images and the necessary URLs.
I hope this makes Andrew (and Afmob) very happy.
@Afmob: Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu dem Studienabschluss!
