Maverick 1 (M1) Revisit

M1 Jsudoku makes pretty easy work of this so there may be something important the forum missed on this previously. SS gives it 1.65

Thanks Ed for the latest Revisit.

I found it about the same level as most previous Revisits, with some interesting interactions.

Here's how I solved Maverick 1 Revisited:
Prelims

a) R1C34 = {59/68}
