Again thanks for an interesting puzzle.
Can you please explain what the POINTS specified for each puzzle indicate.
The HINTS are of course the number of given digits.

The POINTS is difficulty of problem.

difficulty of problem = sum( difficulty of phase )
difficulty of phase = 1 / sum( 1 / difficulty of technique )
difficulty of technique = sum( difficulty of information )
difficulty of information = 1 or 2 or 3

difficulty of information
Please exclude the candidate of Number from all cells in the line that blocks, and relate relates and the relating column if Number is put in the cell.
Candidate elimination from cell is difficulty point 1.
Candidate elimination from block is difficulty point 2.
Candidate elimination from row or column is difficulty 3.

I have printed this one out on a DIN A3 sheet and started solving it. Got 11 digits so far.
Very interesting puzzle. It does not seem to require any difficult techniques, but a lot of extremely forward looking combined intersections. 8-)
Using this "technique" I could place g4r5c5 as the very first solution. :D

EDIT @enxio27:
I can't be 100% sure yet but, I am now pretty sure that this puzzle does not require pencil marks at all.
Only (long) forward looking (combined) intersections, i.e. pure logic.
So doing it on a LETTER or A4 printout should not be a problem.

Cool! I'll give it a shot without pencil marks, then.

Unfortunately, I couldn't manage more than one solved cell without pencil marks. I'm now on my third try through the puzzle--I keep finding mistakes in my pencil marks. This time I used SudokuSolver's Double-Doku puzzle type to help with the pencil marks. I still have to do some manual work (since SS doesn't handle "Undecuple-Doku" or even "Quintuple-Doku"), but I'm hoping that I've now eliminated all the mistakes.
