OK - how about a unified quantum field theory
fields (like hedges) are generally green, and an accepted unified theory is still a long way off . . .

green grapes, greengages, green apples - I also had some green furry raspberries in the fridge but I had to throw them out

No ideas for the third one though: Axiom of Choice wasn't on my syllabus, so I'm very vague about it.
