Hi all

Just something different if anyone's interested. Handmade creation from me. Nothing difficult, but still interesting.

Samurai Skyscraper

Image

1-5 in every row and column in all 5 overlapping grid. Numbers outside indicate how many digits are visible from that side. Lower digits hide behind higher digits.

greetings

Bram

I think this thread is more appropriate in the Other Variants section, but since the name of this section is "Samurai" and not "Samurai Sudoku" or "Samurai Killer" (gee what a profession! :pirate:), I better shut up and work on the puzzle instead. :joker:

I'm confused with the numbers inside, between the sub-grids. Each of them could operate in 2 or 3 directions. Which direction(s) do they operate ?

Next to a grid, is next to a grid. If it's next to 3 grids at once, it counts for 3 grids. :)
It's the reason i chose this setup for the samurai. ;)

I could always move it.

Hi Borge!
Thanks for the welcome. It is good to be here.
Believe it or not, I am still messing with some ideas to allow the Clueless Helper to load your Explosions and Specials. Unfortunately, the operative word is "messing." It is a tough nut to crack. :brickwall:

My best to you,
Nouggie

Hi Nouggie,

Hope you are successful with your efforts so we can continue to use the Clueless Helper program.
