Wow - 10 grids are daunting! After several false starts with making incorrect eliminations on the locked candidates in the related grids, I decided to cheat and just do SudokuSolver All Simpler (SSAS) so I could just do the hard stuff. Don't think I'll do it like that again since it's not as satisfying somehow. I also suspect it made finding step 2 of this walkthrough much harder. Thanks Børge for making this master level puzzle.

Regular Clueless Explosion 65C (Master) Walkthrough
[edit: but didn't quite get to the destination with the original WT! Thanks Børge]
Hidden Text:
-SudokuSolver All Simpler (SSAS) - download routine order attachment to your computer then Solver-Options-Import-OK
-G = Grid with the clueless grid as G10.

From SSAS
1. G5: Weak links on 6s in r1 & c8 and n3 -> at least one of r1c1 or r6c8 must be 6 -> no 6 in r6c1 -> r6c8 = 6 (hidden single r6) [edited for clarity]

From SSAS
This next step was much harder for me to find since it's hidden. But software solvers would usually have this step as step 1.
2. G10: Hidden pair 1,7 in r9c13 -> r9c13 = {17}

From SSAS - step 3 added later
3. G3: Weak links on 1s in r4 & c9 and n6 -> at least one of r1c9 or r4c5 must be 1 -> no 1 in r1c5 -> r1c5 = 2

SSAS to the end.
Cheers
Ed

Ed,
Thanks for another WT. :applause:

Unfortunately I believe that it is not complete.
When following your WT I ended up with grid 3 unsolved, and need a second advanced technique to get it solved. Select to view grid number.

Your step 1 is what I call a "Two String Kite" and is a very nice alternative to one of the two Skyscraper indicated in my puzzle specification.
But I still need the second Skyscraper indicated in my puzzle specification to also get grid 3 solved.

I know that I am almost a week behind with Regular Clueless Explosion #66 :oops:
So I better hurry up and make it.
