Miyuki Misawa Non-Consecutive 1

Wellbeback asked for this one.

I've gone back to Miss Misawa's original style rather than the KSO mixed style.

It is non-consecutive - mainly because that made it easier to create the puzzle.

Note that the three inequalities in the top centre are comparing a cage with a cell.

On the hard end of paper solvable.

Thanks HATMAN - I feel honoured!

I started easily enough - slowed down in the middle - then sped up again.

I'll have to read up on what exactly "paper-solvable" means to members of this forum. I always do puzzles using paper and pencil.

Now on to your second one :cheesey:

My original definition was that I can do it on paper. I'm rather sloppy and for harder ones I do them on excel or mainly JSudoku. Other better solvers have adapted the meaning somewhat - see the paper solvable threads.

On an SS score paper solvable is somewhere between 0.7 and 1.0 so I was putting this one at about 1.0 given the hard middle bit.
