MM 2 Non-Consecutive X Max Repeat Cage Ratios

The ratios apply between the adjacent cages - they may be either way round. I think that this is a new twist and I feel it will work well.

It is horizontally and vertically non-consecutive.

Both main diagonals do not repeat.

Dashed cages are standard non repeat.

Plain line cages are full maximum repeat (e.g. a six cell cage contains three numbers twice).

Try it with all the cages first (easy paper solvable). I then suggest leaving out the coloured half.

It is solvable with only the black cages but JSudoku uses two medium fishes and a lot of non-intuitive NC work.
