FutoShiki Non-consecutive 4 (8*8)

All adjacent cells are horizontally and vertically Non-Consecutive.

Adjacent cells with an inequality obey it.

This one is a bit easier - about paper solvable.

I would be grateful for feedback on what you think of this puzzle type.

Thanks for a nice puzzle. I only rarely do NC so this was perfect for me. Took some thinking about how to make progress then it clicked about certain cells getting squeezed. Took me about 1.5 hours to slowly pick my way through. So easy to make a silly mistake.
solution:

75862413
17284635
31426857
63148572

Cheers

Like the previous ones, I'd attach the zipped JS file here:

Not to worry HATMAN - I enjoyed creating the 7 jigsaws required to quickly draw up this one anyway.

Even making the .jsd file is an enjoying process - shows how neat this puzzle is! 8-)

Thanks HATMAN for continuing to post interesting puzzles. As you and Simon pointed out - this one was relatively easy.

You asked for feedback on the puzzle type. Generally I find this type of puzzle has a more limited range of solving techniques than killers (for example), so they are not my favorite. For puzzles involving inequalities I do however really like the "GT Killers" posted on the KSO site. Have you ever created any like that?

I remember doing a couple long ago on DJApe's site - it was about six computers ago so well lost.

I'll have a go at doing some again.
