Outside Frame 1

A mixture following para's outside skyscraper (which I still have not created one of as I'm not clear on how to create skyscrapers).

The numbers represent a either a frame ( cage for the adjacent three cells) or "outside": a cell entry in the adjacent three cells.

In this one numbers below 10 are all "outside" - it may solve without this if you wish to check!

I have a backlog of puzzles that I am going to force myself to post over the remainder of the year.

Solution:

Solved considering clues below 10 can be either "outside" or "frame".

It is one of those puzzles which shows some resisitance in the closing stage. Thanks for another nice puzzle! :-)
