This one is plain i.e. no extra constraints.

Remember all number-letter combinations must exist - hence no combination can repeat.

This one is quite hard.

I'm going to stick with these plain ones for a while as further constraints force more solution work in the individual number or letter spaces and what I enjoy is the interactions between them.

Note here there are no moves available on the numbers - I'm trying to create one with no moves available on either numbers or letters initially.

Thanks for the tip about opening 2 JSudoku windows. Much easier this time. :-)

This one is not really that hard. The critical technique required to crack it open is:

Hint:
Once got 4 or 5 of the same symbols placed, highlight all the placed symbols plus the remaining possible cells (in the form of an x-wing or swordfish), and then highlight the corresponding cells in the other grid. Chances are there would be some pointing cells eliminations, even from uncertain cells in the other grid.
