Greco-Roman 7 X 1

No repeats of either letter or number in any row, column or diagonal. Note it is X so no repeats on diagonals
All letter-number combinations must appear exactly once.

I've done it including the pink 6 - it is unique without it and probably solvable.

Now solved without the pink 6 - quite a bit harder - interesting elimination move. Note the interactions are somewhat killer in nature.

I've created a non-consecutive one which I'm currently solving - not convinced that it is a workable combination as NC has so few givens that there is little room for interaction.

Thanks for this, HATMAN. I messed up wihout the pink 6. Even with the pink 6, I had to guess twice. Like I have time for this!

Perhaps you left out the diagonals? I note my wording does not make it fully clear and have changed it. Both versions solve directly.

Solved it without using the pink 6, solved it without guessing. But still quite a lot of fishing required.

It was a real pain doing these puzzles on Notepad. JSudoku can only handle one set of symbols. Is the latest edition of SudokuSolver catered for these?
