Now that holiday season is upon us once again, I come to plug my wares. Frank Longo and I have created a book, entitled Boggle Sudoku, that combines killer sudoku and crosswords in a novel manner. You can find a sample puzzle, as an Excel file, at http://rutcor.rutgers.edu/~herschko/sample.xls . Instructions and hints are provided on separate worksheets (i.e., tabs) of this workbook.

The book is available through amazon (http://www.amazon.com/BOGGLE-Sudoku-Fra ... 204&sr=1-2) and elsewhere. It makes a great stocking stuffer! :santa:

I tried this puzzle last year and enjoyed it. But I had difficulties with it as it is in American English.

LOL! Just yesterday my son and I were discussing this yesterday. Even within the U.S. there are many regional differences, and in my own state of Texas, accents are different from one part of the state to another (I can identify at least four or five different "Texas" accents). Who was it that once said that the U.S. and England are two nations divided by a common language? (Not to mention Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well.)
