Supea 5 X NC

With sudoku.com down I'm going to start posting my non-killers here.

This is Supea which is two puzzles in one:

Vanilla non-consecutive X: ignore the yellow numbers. If you use the pink 6 it can be done with just NC techniques, but without it you need a fish. If you are not used to NC you might wish to try it with all numbers.

Supea non-consecutive X: use all numbers - they are not in the right places but they are in the right nonets. The blue dashes show the direction of the two cells that they must be in.

The Supea version reminds me of a slide puzzle, let me make sure I understand the rules correctly before I start it.

Am I correct in thinking that the 3 in N1 can only be in R2C2 or R3C3, as it cannot be in it's original place (R1C1), but must be along that diagonal in N1 according to the blue dots?

Correct interpretation

The colour allows for distinguishing if extra groups such as windoku are used.
