Sometimes I like to mix very different types of clues together in the same puzzle. Here's one with two different clue types, and many spaces where no clue is provided at all. It's smaller than a Sudoku, but still uses the main Latin square rule, meaning that each number can only appear once in every row and column. Both clue types are extremely "mathy" so you need to read carefully. I found this type of puzzle gets hard enough by the time I get to 5x5, and imagine a 9x9 sudoku sized one might be brutal, though I might make one anyway someday.
