I generally use the term Sizedoku for any Sudoku where the size of adjacent cells is revealed. In this puzzle we have an arrow pointing from cells with larger values to smaller values, so long as both cells are in the same three-by-three cage. The catch is that arrow are only placed when the larger number is exactly one, two, or three more than the smaller one. Otherwise there is no arrow between the cells. For example, the square here is one way one could fill in a cage with this arrow pattern:

Since arrows are placed whenever the numbers are near each other I call this a near sizedoku. Remember that lack of an arrow between cells in a cage also reveals important information.

Here's a full puzzle:

For more information, a solution, an easier version (with some cells revealed at the start), and higher quality PDFs, visit the post at http://quadratablog.blogspot.com/2019/11/near-sizedoku.html.
