Does anyone know of KenKen software that can generate puzzles and allow entering of other source puzzles that is downloadable for the PC?

You can try google kenken software

Maybe http://www.kenken.com and http://www.webkendoku.com steer you to something.

JC's software covers algebraic sudoku, you can download the latest version free at:

I've been using it to create my CanCan Frame puzzles.
